Building Permit As soon as the Final Interior Plans have been approved by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall apply for a building permit for the Interior Improvements, and shall diligently prosecute to completion such approval process.
Oversight of Subcontractors In the event that Vendor engages subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to perform one or more of its obligations under the Master Agreement (including subcontracting hosting of the Protected Data to a hosting service provider), it will require those subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to whom it will disclose the Protected Data to execute legally binding agreements acknowledging their obligation under Section 2-d of the New York Education Law to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and security requirements required of Vendor under the Master Agreement and applicable state and federal law and regulations.
COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the policies and procedures of the Company and IAC as they may exist from time to time.

Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.
Building Permits All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.
