Parental Leave/Donation of Vacation Hours. In the event a nurse takes a parental leave for either the birth or adoption of a child, the nurse would be eligible to receive donated vacation hours from co-workers. Donations must be a minimum of four (4) hours which will be converted to the regular rate of pay of the person taking the leave.
