Preceptor Pay Clause Samples

The preceptor-pay clause establishes the terms under which a preceptor, typically a professional supervising students or trainees, will be compensated for their services. This clause outlines the payment structure, such as hourly rates or stipends, and may specify conditions for payment like completion of certain duties or submission of documentation. Its core function is to ensure that preceptors are fairly compensated and to provide clear expectations regarding payment, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes over compensation.
