PAID EDUCATION LEAVE & SOCIAL JUSTICE FUND. 24.01 The Company agrees to pay three cents ($0.03) per hour per employee for all compensated hours upon ratification for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions. Such monies to be paid by cheque made payable to: CAW Leadership Training Fund, on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established by the National Union, CAW effective from the date of ratification of this Agreement, and sent by the Company to the following address: CAW Family Education Centre, PEL Training Fund 000 Xxxxxx Xx.
