Owner's Right to Examine Company Records. The Owner shall have the right, upon reasonable notice to the Company, to examine and audit any and all of the books, records or other information of the Company whether held by the Company or by another on behalf of the Company, which may be relevant to the performance or observance by the Company of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement, and to discuss such books, records or other information with an officer or employee of the Company who is knowledgeable about the matters contained therein.

Owner's Right to Examine Company Records. (a) The Company shall cooperate with the Owner, its counsel, accountants, supervisory agents, examiners and other representatives in providing reasonable access during normal business hours to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, documentation or other information of the Company related to the Mortgage Loans, which may be relevant to the performance or observance by the Company of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement.
Owner's Right to Examine Company Records. The Owner shall have the right to examine and audit, during business hours or at such other times as might be reasonable under applicable circumstances, any and all of the books, records, documentation or other information of the Company, or held by another for the Company or on its behalf or otherwise, which may be relevant to the performance or observance by the Company of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall provide to the Owner and any supervisory agents or examiners which may relate to the Owner access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans which may be required by any applicable regulations. Such access shall be afforded without charge, upon reasonable request, during normal business hours and at the offices of the Company.

  • Right to Examine Company Records The Purchaser, or its designee, shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Company, whether held by the Company or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice. The Purchaser shall pay its own expenses associated with such examination.

  • Owner’s Right to Stop Work The Owner reserves the right, for itself and for any designated Construction Inspector retained by Owner, upon observation of apparent nonconforming Work, to immediately stop the affected Work. If the Work is later determined by the Design Professional to be in fact conforming Work, then Contractor shall be entitled upon timely claim to a Change Order for payment by Owner of any reasonable Actual Costs actually incurred by Contractor in connection with the stop Work order and resumption of the Work, as well as an extension in the time for performance of the Work to the extent Contractor is delayed by Owner's stop Work order. The Design Professional shall determine the time, which shall be binding upon both Owner and Contractor, as set forth in Section 3, Part 3.

  • Owner’s Right to Make Changes Without invalidating the Contract, the Owner, by Change Order and without notice to the sureties, may authorize or order extra work or changes by altering, adding to, or deducting from the Work or the Contract Time, the Contract Sum being adjusted accordingly. All Change Orders shall be performed under the conditions of the original Contract except that any claim for extension of time caused thereby shall be adjusted at the time of signing of the Change Order.
