Overview content delivery. From December 2013 until May 2014 a rich variety of objects have been published on the Europeana portal by different CPs: • Greek and Foreign fine and decorative art and sculpture (NAG) • Photographic Archives, Neohellenic Architecture Archives, The Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Gallery collection of paintings (BEN) • Egyptian Art, Classical Antiquities, Old Master Paintings, Sculpture, Prints and Drawings, Department of Art after 1800 (FAB) • Photographic collections, Iconographic collections and Objects (SEI) • Cultural History Objects; musical notes (handwritten); scientific reports and papers (archeology and etnography); printed articles (cultural history) (SLV) • Collection of Social History Images from several UK cultural organisations (HIM) • Collections of the Imperial War Museum (CT) • Decorative arts, lace, costume and accessories, tapestry, Japanese prints (KMKG) In the following months data from different CPs will be added: • Christian history and heritage in Belgium (KADOC – KU Leuven) • Highlights from different SPK collections (SPK) • Photos, Postcards fauna, posters from exhibitions IRScNB, ethnographic photos… (RBNIS) • Selection from the Archaeological Department, the Historical Repository, Historical Photo Collection, Hungarian Historical Gallery and the Coins Collection (HNM) • Art and Relics Collection, Library collection and Manuscript collection (PIM) Planning content ingestion In M22 (January 2014) a meeting was held in The Hague with Europeana in which the content ingestion process was discussed. Content ingestion was seen as an ongoing process: as soon as content is ready in the DA or CG harvest instructions would be send to Europeana to harvest the data. There are 2 milestones for content ingestion for WP4 (DoW) • Year 2: 100,000 records published on Europeana (December 2013) • Year 3: more than 960,000 records published on Europeana (end of the project in September 2014).   • PRODUCT DELIVERY Delivery must be made as ordered to the address specified on the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Delivery shall be made within thirty calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order by the Contractor, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User and the Contractor. The decision of the Commissioner as to compliance with delivery terms shall be final. The burden of proof for delay in receipt of a Purchase Order shall rest with the Contractor. In all instances of a potential or actual delay in delivery, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Commissioner and the Authorized User, and confirm in writing the explanation of the delay, and take appropriate action to avoid any subsequent late deliveries. Any extension of time for delivery must be requested in writing by the Contractor and approved in writing by the Authorized User. Failure to meet such delivery time schedule may be grounds for cancellation of the order or, in the Commissioner’s discretion, the Contract.

  • Overview (a) The Employer is committed to maintaining a stable and skilled workforce, recognising its contribution to the operation of the Employer. As such, full time direct and ongoing employment is a guiding principle of this Agreement.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Project Delivery Contractor shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Contractor shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.

  • Construction Sequencing In general, the sequence of the proposed dates of Initial Operation of Interconnection Customers seeking interconnection to the Transmission System will determine the sequence of construction of Network Upgrades.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
