Product Delivery definition

Product Delivery. Date shall mean the date for delivering the Product Unit(s) as specified by Voltaire in the Product Purchase Order.
Product Delivery has the meaning given in Section 2.4.
Product Delivery takes place upon the pick-up of products by the Dealer from SPECTRANET’s designated business premises or pick-up point whether such products are picked up individually, in batches or otherwise, as per detail in Annexure 1 (or as amended).

Examples of Product Delivery in a sentence

  • Payments cannot be processed by Authorized Users until Products have been delivered and accepted in accordance with Appendix B §33 Product Delivery and Appendix B §66 Product Acceptance.

Related to Product Delivery

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
