Common use of Overtime Pay Clause in Contracts

Overtime Pay. 1. Daily – Time and one-half the employee's regular hourly rate shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of 7.5 hours in any workday or for all hours worked outside of an approved flex schedule for a full-time employee. Benefit time will not count as hours worked in the daily calculation of overtime pay.

Benefit time will not count as hours worked in the daily calculation of overtime paywork week.

Benefit time will not count as hours worked in the daily calculation of overtime paywork.
