Overtime Pay and Premium Pay. (a) Time and one-half (1-1/2) an employee’s regular rate of pay shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per work week. For purposes of this paragraph, a “work week” shall mean a seven (7) day period from 11:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on successive Saturdays.

  • Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.

  • Auto Allowance Executive shall be entitled to an auto allowance for one vehicle for Executive’s use up to $1,000 per month.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • Final Pay Regardless of whether the termination is on notice or without notice, the employee’s final pay is payable in the next available pay cycle, unless the employee requests of the employer in writing to receive the final pay on the last day of the employee’s work.

  • Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:

  • Final Paycheck As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.
