A regular part-time employee will receive time and one-half (1 her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on a fourth and subsequent consecutive weekend save and except where: Such weekend has been worked by the employee to satisfy specific days off requested by such employee; or such employee has requested weekend work; or such weekend is worked as a result of an exchange of shifts with another employee.
