Overtime – Continuous and Non-Continuous Shiftworker. 25.2.1 Continuous shiftworker -overtime worked for a continuous shiftworker (as defined) shall be paid at the rate of double the ordinary rate. 25.2.2 Non-continuous shiftworker – overtime worked for a non-continuous shiftworker (as defined) shall be time and one half for the first two hours and double thereafter. 25.2.3 Part time continuous and non-continuous shift worker – all time worked in excess of 12 hours in a day and/or 38 hours in a week shall be deemed to be overtime and shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate in accordance with clause 25.2.1 and 25.2.2 above.
