Overdraft Terms. The Credit Union may if it wishes allow an overdraft to be noted against your Account and each such overdraft is a loan payable upon demand and you authorize the Credit Union to charge your Account service fees and interest at the rate as revised from time to time in respect of overdrafts. If you have entered into an Overdraft Protection Agreement, this paragraph will be read subject to those terms.

  • Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. The contract shall commence upon the issuance of a Notice of Award by the City of Xxxxxx and shall automatically renew each year, from the date of award by City Council, unless either party notifies the other prior to the scheduled renewal date.   • General Contract Terms 10.1 Any notice required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be given by hand delivery, facsimile transmission or by registered mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the parties at their respective addresses as set forth in this Agreement and any such notices given by hand delivery or by facsimile transmission shall be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery or transmission and if given by prepaid registered mail, shall be deemed to have been received on the third (3rd) business day immediately following the date of mailing. The parties shall be entitled to give notice of changes of addresses from time to time in the manner hereinbefore provided for the giving of notice.

  • General Terms For purposes of this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Payments Terms A. The County shall make payments upon the agreed upon price for a specific Job Order as listed in the Notice to Proceed. The County will make progress payments monthly as the Work proceeds on estimates approved by County Project Manager. The Contractor shall furnish a breakdown of the total Contract price showing the amount included therein for each principal category of the Work, to provide a basis for determining progress payments. The County will only pay for actual Work in place.

  • OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract.
