Other Unit Signup. 25 Nurses desiring to fill available shifts (“holes”) on other nursing units 26 shall contact the Nurse Manager of that department by the tenth (10th) 27 of the month with the request specifying date and shift availability. The 28 Nurse Manager shall approve or deny such requests in writing by the 29 sixteenth (16th) of the month. These shifts shall be distributed 30 equitably among all qualified nurses requesting to be so scheduled. 31 Such changes and additions shall be finalized upon the posting of the 32 schedule. Nurses requesting to fill shifts outside their home unit must 33 maintain current competencies required for that department.

In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology.
