Other Provisions Unchanged. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.

In the event of any inconsistency between any term or provision of this Amendment and any term or provision in the Shareholders Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Amendment shall govern and prevail.

The Loan Documents as modified and amended hereby are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. All liens, security interests, mortgages and assignments granted or created by or existing under the Mortgage, the Assignment of Leases and the other Loan Documents remain unchanged and continue, unabated, in full force and effect, to secure Borrower's obligation to repay the Note.
