Common use of Other Company Personnel Clause in Contracts

Other Company Personnel. Management and other Company employees outside the bargaining unit will not perform bargaining unit work except in unusual circumstances which arise suddenly and where special assistance is required to avoid abnormal delay to the customer or the operation and also in cases of instruction, emergency, investigation, experimentation and visual inspection and evaluation of damage.
