OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. The OSOS reserves the right to extend the contract for two one-year periods.

OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. The OSOS reserves the right to extend the contract period of performance, at the sole discretion of OSOS, for two up to three (3) additional one-year periodsterms. Any extension will be subject to mutual agreement between OSOS and the Contractor. The total contract term may not exceed five (5) years.
