Operating Policies and Procedures Change Process a. Participant Comment Period. Prior to approving any new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures, the Coordinating Committee shall solicit and consider comments from the Participants on the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures.
