Effective and Ending Dates This is a multi-year subcontract for 36 months, with an effective date of July 1, 2019. It shall end at midnight, local time in Orlando, Florida, on June 30, 2022.
Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

Termination with Immediate Effect 5.6 If the Secretary of State has cause to serve a notice on the Company under section 165 of the Education Xxx 0000 and a determination (from which all rights of appeal have been exhausted) has been made that the Academy shall be struck off the Register of Independent Schools, he may terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Company such termination to take effect on the date of the notice. Initial Effective Date The initial effective date of coverage under the Group Insurance Program is the thirty-fifth (35th) day following the employee's first day of employment, re- hire, or reinstatement with the State. The initial effective date of coverage for an employee whose eligibility has changed is the date of the change. An employee must be actively at work on the initial effective date of coverage, except that an employee who is on paid leave on the date State-paid life insurance benefits increase is also entitled to the increased life insurance coverage. In no event shall an employee's dependent's coverage become effective before the employee's coverage. If an employee is not actively at work due to employee or dependent health status or medical disability, medical and dental coverage will still take effect. (Life and disability coverage will be delayed until the employee returns to work.)
