Effective November with pay" shall mean the regular rate of pay, including applicable shift or if acting "with pay" will be the acting rate of pay if acting the day before and the day after the Statutory Holiday. Effective November. Probationary Employee" shall mean a person serving an initial probation period of six (6) calendar months from date of hire to determine suitability for employment as a Employee". Such period of time may be extended by mutual consent of the parties hereto. Notwithstanding the provisions contained in this section, Part-Time Employees are required to put in the equivalent in hours of a Regular Employee with respect to the probationary period.
