Effective November. Probationary Employee" shall mean a person serving an initial probation period of six (6) calendar months from date of hire to determine suitability for employment as a Employee". Such period of time may be extended by mutual consent of the parties hereto. Notwithstanding the provisions contained in this section, Part-Time Employees are required to put in the equivalent in hours of a Regular Employee with respect to the probationary period.
