Open Meetings Requirements. Any nonprofit organization in the City which receives funds appropriated by the City, or which has as a member of its governing body an elected official, or appointed administrative official, as a representative of the City, is subject to the requirements of § 2-5-1 et seq., R.O.A. 1994, Public Interest Organizations. The Contractor agrees to comply with all such requirements, if applicable.

Open Meetings Requirements. Directors shall abide by the Colorado Open meetings Law. C.R.S. 24-6-401, et seq. The Open Meetings law states that all meetings of two or more members of any state public body at which any public business is discussed or at which any formal action is taken is a meeting open to the public. Any meeting at which formal action is taken or at which a majority or quorum us present or expected to be present requires fully and timely notice.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Required Meetings An employee or owner operator who is required to attend any meeting on Company business shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay for such meetings occurring during his/her regular shift or at applicable rates of pay for all such time spent outside of his/her regular shift. Any meetings necessary to comply with the formal grievance provisions of this Article will be held during normal working hours at no loss of pay to the employees or owner operators concerned.

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings.
