Only the specific Users for whom you have paid the required Fees and whom you designate through the applicable Product may access and use the Product. Some Products may allow you to designate different types of Users, in which case pricing and functionality may vary according to the type of User. “Users” may be your (or your Affiliates’) employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, agents, or other third parties who you permit to access and use the Product (subject to the limits in your Order Form), provided they are acting for your benefit and on your behalf, and you acknowledge that you shall be responsible for all use of the Product by Users and shall ensure that these Terms are brought to the attention of all Users. You shall be liable for breach of these Terms by a User as if it were a breach by you. We reserve the right to suspend the access of any User we believe, acting reasonably, is not using a Product for your benefit and on your behalf.

  • B1 The Specification B1.1 In consideration of the Contractor supplying the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract the Contractor shall be paid the Contract Price.

The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.

  • Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • INFORMATION OF LOCKHEED XXXXXX (a) Information provided by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to SELLER remains the property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. XXXXXX agrees to comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with LOCKHEED XXXXXX and to comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to anything provided hereunder to SELLER. XXXXXX agrees not to use any LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.

  • Maintenance and Warranty Service Reports The report shall include the name of the Authorized User and all of the information in Section 2.24.1 and be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer version unprotected, via e-mail to the attention of the OGS Contract Administrator.

  • WARRANTY – SERVICES The Contractor warrants and represents that all services to be provided the City under the Contract will be fully and timely performed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices, the terms, conditions, and covenants of the Contract, and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules or regulations.

  • Access to the Service 2.1. The Service is accessed either from a web browser (Microsoft IE 6.0 or above) or directly by utilising the Web Service interface. If accessing via the internet, the URL is as directed by your GBG Account Manager.
