Common use of One to Two Years' Service Clause in Contracts

One to Two Years' Service. The annual vacation for employees with one (1) to two (2) years' service covered by this Agreement shall be two (2) weeks, and the pay therefore shall be based upon five per cent (5%) of the total wages or salary earned by the employee during the period of entitlement, or eighty (80) hours at the hourly rate of the employee's regular job, whichever is greater.

One to Two Years' Service.
