Office Health and Safety. The Employer and Union agree to participate in a joint Union/Management Occupational Safety and Health Committee (“OSHA Committee”) which will consider matters relating to occupational safety and health. The OSHA Committee will consist of six (6) members, three (3) union and three (3) management.
