Common use of Odměna Clause in Contracts

Odměna. a. AbbVie shall pay Institution in accordance with the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Budget Summary and Payment Schedule”). The parties agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution, Principal Investigator and any member of the AbbVie Group. a.
