Occupancy/Commencement Sample Clauses
Occupancy/Commencement. The Occupancy/Commencement Date is the latest date on which the improvements to the Premises are substantially complete and the Lessor secures a Certificate of Occupancy, or the Lessee begins beneficial use of the Premises. The Lessor will deliver the Premises to the Lessee no later than January 1, 2021.
