CONTRACT CONDITIONAL ON OWNERSHIP OF SITE [*Delete this entire clause and items 4 and 5 of the Reference Schedule if not applicable ] The Contract is subject to and conditional upon the Principal becoming the registered proprietor of the Site pursuant to the Land Sale Contract (as specified in item 4 of the Reference Schedule) on or before the Latest Date (as specified in item 5 of the Reference Schedule).
