Common use of Occasional Employee Clause in Contracts

Occasional Employee. A person who performs work wherein there is no regular schedule of work and who places himself at the call of the Company for occasional work in meeting unusual service demands.

Occasional Employee. A person who performs engaged to perform work or irregular assignments wherein there is no regular schedule of work and who places himself at temporarily fills in for, or supplements the call of work of, regular employees on an occasional employment basis. Occasional employees are employees only on the Company specific individual days for occasional which work in meeting unusual service demandsassignments are scheduled.
