Obecné povinnosti Instituce a Hlavního zkoušejícího. Instituce se zavazuje, že zajistí, že Hlavní zkoušející bude provádět dohled a bude primárně odpovědný za výkon a vedení Klinického hodnocení a vynaloží odpovídající úsilí za účelem dokončení Klinického hodnocení v souladu s a highly professional and timely manner and in accordance with the terms of the Protocol. The Clinical Trial will be carried out only at the facilities of the Institution. The Institution will provide all personnel including, but not limited to, laboratory, pharmacy and clinical support staff and physicians sufficient to timely and accurately complete each Clinical Trial. The personal services of the applicable Principal Investigator is considered essential to the performance of the applicable Clinical Trial. If the Principal Investigator terminates his/her association with Institution, or if for any reason Principal Investigator becomes unavailable or otherwise unable to direct the performance of the applicable Clinical Trial, Institution shall notify Company promptly. The Institution shall notify Company in writing if a Principal Investigator intends to leave the Institution and shall provide (a) Principal Investigator’s new contact information to his or her proposed successor and to Company and (b) make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Principal Investigator shall provide reasonable ongoing assistance to ensure an efficient and proper transition of the Principal Investigator’s duties to the successor. If a successor who is acceptable to Company is not promptly identified, this Agreement may be terminated by Company in its sole discretion in accordance with Section
Obecné povinnosti Instituce a Hlavního zkoušejícího. Instituce se zavazuje, že zajistí, že Hlavní zkoušející bude provádet dohled a bude primárne odpovedný za výkon a vedení Klinického hodnocení a vynaloží odpovídající úsilí za účelem dokončení Klinického hodnocení v souladu s nejvyššími profesionálními standardy, a to včas a souladne s podmínkami Protokolu. Klinické hodnocení bude provedeno výlučne v prostorách a zašízeních Instituce. Instituce poskytne veškerý personál, a to zejména včetne odborných pracovníkn na úseku laboratoše a klinické podpory a xxxx lékaše v míše dostatečné pro účely včasného a šádného dokončení každého Klinického hodnocení. Služby Hlavního Zkoušejícího jsou nezbytné k provádení Klinického hodnocení. Pokud ukončí Hlavní Zkoušející jeho/její vztah s Institucí, nebo pokud z nejakého jiného dnvodu není Hlavní Zkoušející k dispozici nebo není-xx xxxxxxx zajistit výkon Klinického hodnocení, Instituce okamžite oznámí Společnosti tuto skutečnost. Instituce oznámí v písemné podobe Společnosti, pokud Hlavní Zkoušející plánuje ukončit pracovní pomer v Instituci a Instituce poskytne (a) nové kontaktní údaje týkající se Company, and (b) and ensure that the Principal Investigator shall provide, reasonable ongoing assistance to ensure an efficient and proper transition of the Principal Investigator’s duties to the successor. If a successor who is acceptable to Company is not promptly identified, this Agreement may be terminated by Company in its sole discretion in accordance with Section 14.3. In the event of continuation, any substitute principal investigator shall sign documentation provided by Company acknowledging his or her new duties as Principal Investigator.
