Number of shop stewards. ‌ At a university of applied sciences, the signatory organisations of the collective agreement have the right to elect shop stewards as follows: • The Trade Union for Education OAJ (OAJ) has the right to elect one shop xxxxxxx and one deputy shop xxxxxxx to the personnel group of teach- ing personnel. • The Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff YTN (YTN) has the right to elect one shop xxxxxxx and one deputy shop xxxxxxx to the per- sonnel group of expert and support staff. A more extensive shop xxxxxxx organisation can be agreed upon at the uni- versity of applied sciences. In this context, attention should be paid to, for ex- ample, the regional or functional units of the university of applied sciences. If the activities of the university of applied sciences or its operational unit are considerably reduced, extended or modified (e.g. divestment, merger, incor- poration), the shop xxxxxxx organisation will be modified to correspond to the changed situation. The position of a shop xxxxxxx will cease if the shop xxxxxxx'x personnel group changes.
