Notification by Appointing Authority. When an employee reports a job-related injury or illness, the Power Systems Director shall notify the General Manager by promptly completing the appropriate industrial injury report forms and delivering them within twenty- four.(24) hours of knowledge of its occurrence, in accordance with the reporting procedures promulgated by the Payroll Department. Thereafter, the Power Systems Director shall provide such other information as may be requested by the Payroll Department in connection with said injury.
