Notices to Authorized Mortgagee. Lessor shall give to any Authorized Mortgagee who has given Lessor written notice of its name and address, concurrently when given to or served on Lessee, a duplicate copy of any and all notices Lessor may from time to time give to or serve on Lessee in accordance with or relating to this Lease, including but not limited to any notice of default, notice of termination, or notice regarding any matter on which Lessor may predicate or claim a default. Any notices or other communications permitted by this or any other section of this Lease or by law to be served on or given to an Authorized Mortgagee by Lessor shall be deemed duly served on or given to the Authorized Mortgagee in the manner provided for under this Lease if sent by first class mail to the last mailing address for the Authorized Mortgagee, provided to Lessor in writing by the Authorized Mortgagee or Lessee.
