NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. All official circulars pertaining to Administrative support staff shall be posted on the school bulletin boards, and a copy furnished to the Association Representative in each building. Administrative support staff shall be recognized as being part of each school's staff. Each administrative support staff shall have access to any up-to-date copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Xxxxxxxx School Committee and all amendments thereto. Each administrative support staff shall have access to a Directory of Personnel for the Xxxxxxxx School Department. A copy of administrative support staff assignments will be sent to the President of the association by the principal of each building, on request.
