Notice to Employer. Where the leave is foreseeable, the employee must provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the Superintendent of Schools, or designee, of the date when the leave is to begin, unless the particular circumstances prevent such notice, in which case the employee shall provide such notice as is practicable under the circumstances. The employee shall make reasonable effort to schedule medical treatments so as not to unduly disrupt the Employer’s operations, subject to the approval of the employee’s or family member’s health care provider. (Section 2612(e))
