Notice to Beneficiaries. Any and all notices to be given and any documents to be sent to any Beneficiaries may be given or sent to the address of such Beneficiary shown on the register of holders of Exchangeable Shares in any manner permitted by the by-laws of ExchangeCo from time to time in force in respect of notices to shareholders and shall be deemed to be received (if given or sent in such manner) at the time specified in such by-laws, the provisions of which by-laws shall apply mutatis mutandis to notices or documents as aforesaid sent to such Beneficiaries.
Notice to Beneficiaries. Any notice, request or other communication to be given to a Beneficiary shall be in writing and shall be valid and effective if given by mail (postage pre-paid or by delivery, to the address of the holder recorded in the securities register of Exchangeco or, in the event of the address of any such holder not being so recorded, then at the last known address of such holder. Any such notice, request or other communication, if given by mail, shall be deemed to have been given and received on the fifth day following the date of mailing and, if given by delivery, shall be deemed to have been given and received on the date of delivery. Accidental failure or omission to give any notice, request or other communication to one or more holders of Exchangeable Shares, or any defect in such notice, shall not invalidate or otherwise alter or affect any action or proceeding to be taken pursuant thereto.
Notice to Beneficiaries. Notice to Beneficiaries. Any and all notices to be given and any documents to be sent to any Beneficiaries may be given or sent to the address of such Beneficiary shown on the register of holders of Exchangeable Shares in any manner permitted by the by-laws of Harvest from time to time in force in respect of notices to shareholders and shall be deemed to be received (if given or sent in such manner) at the time specified in such by-laws, the provisions of which by-laws shall apply mutatis mutandis to notices or documents as aforesaid sent to such Beneficiaries.
Notice to Beneficiaries. Any and all notices to be given and any documents to be sent to any Beneficiaries may be given or sent to the address of such Beneficiary shown on the most recent List delivered by Trilogy Subsidiary to the Trustee and in any manner permitted by the Trilogy LLC Agreement in respect of notices to members and shall be deemed to be received (if given or sent in such manner) at the time specified in the Trilogy LLC Agreement, the provisions of which shall apply mutatis mutandis to notices or documents as aforesaid sent to such Beneficiaries.
Notice to Beneficiaries. SSA will notify DI beneficiaries at least once during the life of the agreement and of any extension to this agreement that it will use data from other agencies to verify their eligibility or payment amounts. SSA includes notice to DI beneficiaries in mailings pertaining to work continuing disability reviews (Work CDRs-CDD) and with the annual cost-of-living adjustment notice to all recipients.
Notice to Beneficiaries. Any and all notices to be given and any documents to be sent to any Beneficiaries may be given or sent to the address of such Beneficiary shown on the register of holders of Exchangeable Units in any manner permitted by the LPA in respect of notices to unitholders and shall be deemed to be received (if given or sent in such manner) at the time specified in the LPA, the provisions of which shall apply mutatis mutandis to notices or documents as aforesaid sent to such Beneficiaries. The foregoing sentence shall not limit the manner in which information or documents is sent Beneficiaries of Exchangeable Units pursuant to Section 4.3.
