Notice of Vacancy. Academic and administrative vacancies of two- thirds (2/3) or more per quarter shall be posted on designated bulletin boards and published in appropriate College publications. Applications received from Faculty Members of the District shall be given first consideration where qualifications are equal and such is not inconsistent with affirmative action requirements or other legal limitations. In such cases, they shall be given consideration with all other applicants.
