Notice of Union Representative Visits. The Employer agrees that access to its premises will be granted to a Hospital Employees’ Union Staff Representative, or authorized alternate. The Union Representative shall provide reasonable notice to the Administrator or their designate/person in charge. Such visits shall not interfere with the operation of the Employer's business.
