Notice of Resignation If an Employee desires to terminate her employment, she shall endeavour to forward a letter of resignation to the Employer four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of termination, and in any event, not less than two (2) weeks prior to the effective date of termination, provided however the Employer may accept a shorter period of notice.
Withdrawal of Resignation An Employee who has terminated her employment through resignation, may withdraw her resignation within three (3) days of the time it was submitted to the Employer.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF RESIDENCE The Couple agrees to the following: ☐ - ALLOWED to Move. Either Spouse may move their residence by providing at least days’ notice. ☐ - NOT ALLOWED to Move. Notification by Employee When an employee is unable to report to work he shall notify his immediate supervisor or other designated person at least one (1) hour before the time he is scheduled to report to work on each day of absence, unless the employee has made other reporting arrangements with his immediate supervisor.
