Notice of Measurement Facilities Inspection and Calibration. Each of Producer and Gatherer shall give two Days’ notice to the other in order that the other may, at its option, have representatives present to observe any reading, inspecting, testing, calibrating or adjusting of Measurement Facilities used in measuring or checking the measurement of receipts of Saltwater under this Agreement. The data from such Measurement Facilities shall remain the property of the Measurement Facilities’ owner, but copies of such records shall, upon written request, be submitted to the requesting Party for inspection and verification.
