Facilities Equipment definition

Facilities Equipment means a data center with all infrastructures, security controls, connectivity, systems, including back-up and recovery capabilities to avoid loss of data in the event of any failure, as well as all computers, background technology and equipment (including appropriate chipsets, processing speeds, RAM, storage, operating systems, connectivity, services, data, subscriptions, software, configurations other components necessary to operate the Products and/or Services.
Facilities Equipment means the tangible personal or movable property owned or held by the ACH Parties, including all machinery and equipment, and all tools, handling equipment and accessories, but excluding the equipment that forms part of the Transmission System.
Facilities Equipment means all equipment within the semiconductor manufacturing, central utility and waste treatment building systems at any of the Owned Properties, including acid exhaust, base exhaust, clean room and general exhaust, scrubbers, absorbers, regenerative thermal oxidizers, jacket and process cooling water systems, de-ionized (DI) water skids, N+1 redundant and backup capacity on critical and uninterruptible services to manufacturing Tools, electrical substation transformers and distribution systems, recirculation units, fan filter units, makeup air handler units, semiconductor-specific drain systems, clean room humidification systems, bulk and specialty gas control and monitoring systems, automated material handling systems, process vacuum and high-pressure compressed air.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;
