Measurement Facilities. Any facility or equipment used to measure the volume of Gas or Liquid Hydrocarbons, which may include meter tubes, LACT units, isolation valves, tank strappings, recording devices, communication equipment, buildings and barriers.

Producer shall have the option to approve such costs or utilize hand gauging for measurement as an alternative. Producer shall have the right to install check Measurement Facilities upstream of each Receipt Point.

Measurement Facilities at such Delivery Points shall meet current industry standards for custody transfer measurement. Each Delivery Point at which Fracwater is utilized will have separate Delivery Points with separate Measurement Facilities for Fracwater and Flushwater. Producer shall have the right to install check Measurement Facilities downstream of each such Delivery Point.
