Non-Program Vehicle Report. On or before the second Determination Date immediately following June 30 and December 31 of each calendar year, beginning with December 31, 1997, AESOP Leasing shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to AESOP Leasing, ARC or ARAC and who is acceptable to the Rating Agencies and each Enhancement Provider) to furnish a report to the Lender, the Trustee, each Enhancement Provider and the Rating Agencies to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures (which shall be acceptable to each Enhancement Provider) with respect to the calculation of the (i) Disposition Proceeds obtained from the sale or other disposition of all Non-Program Vehicles (other than Casualties) sold or otherwise disposed of during each Related Month in such period (ii) Non-Program Fleet Market Value and compared such calculations with the corresponding amounts set forth in the Monthly Certificate prepared pursuant to Section 4.1(b) of the Indenture and that on the basis of such comparison such accountants are of the opinion that such amounts are in agreement, except for such exceptions as they believe to be material and such other exceptions as shall be set forth in such report. On or before the second Determination Date immediately following March 31 and September 30 of each calendar year, beginning with September 30, 1997, AESOP Leasing shall furnish an Officer's Certificate of AESOP Leasing to the Lender, the Trustee, each Enhancement Provider and the Rating Agencies to the effect that the officer making such certification has compared or caused to be compared the calculations described in clauses (i) and (ii) above with the corresponding amounts set forth in the Monthly Certificate prepared pursuant to Section 4.1(b) of the Indenture and that on the basis of such comparison such officer is of the opinion that such amounts are in agreement, except for such exceptions as shall be set forth in such Officer's Certificate.

Non-Program Vehicle Report. On the Payment Date in May of each year, commencing in May 2003, HVF shall cause a nationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants to furnish a report to the Trustee and the Rating Agencies to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures with respect to the calculations of (i) the Disposition Proceeds received by HVF from the sale or other disposition of all Non-Program Vehicles (other than Casualties) sold or otherwise disposed of during the Related Month, (ii) the respective Net Book Values of such Non-Program Vehicles and (iii) the Market Values of such Non-Program Vehicles on the date of such sale or other disposition.
Non-Program Vehicle Report. Semi-annual (or such other time period as the Rating Agencies shall require) reports of independent public accountants as follows: On or before the second Determination Date immediately following each March 31 and September 30 of each year, the Master Servicer shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Master Servicer and who is acceptable to the Rating Agencies) to furnish a report (the “Non-Program Vehicle Report”) to the Lessor, the Trustee, the Rating Agencies and the Master Collateral Agent to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures with respect to the calculation of Disposition Proceeds obtained from the sale or other disposition of all Non-Program Vehicles (other than Casualties) sold or otherwise disposed of during each Related Month in such period and compared such calculations of Disposition Proceeds with the corresponding amounts set forth in the Daily Reports prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to clause (a) above and that on the basis of such comparison such accountants are of the opinion that such amounts are in agreement, except for such exceptions as they believe to be immaterial and such other exceptions as shall be set forth in such report, the Master Servicer shall serve as agent for the users of the report in determining the sufficiency of such procedure.
Non-Program Vehicle Report. On the Payment Date in March 2019 and on the Payment Date in May of each year, commencing in May 2020 until May 2022 and thereafter, on the Payment Date in July of each year, commencing in July 2022, the Issuer shall cause an internationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants to furnish a report to the Issuer Security Trustee to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures with respect to the calculations of (i) the Disposition Proceeds received by each FleetCo from the sale or other disposition of all Non-Program Vehicles (other than Casualties) sold or otherwise disposed of during the Related Month, (ii) the respective Net Book Values of such Non-Program Vehicles and (iii) the Market Values of such Non-Program Vehicles on the date of such sale or other disposition.
Non-Program Vehicle Report. Solely with respect to the Group II Administrator, on or before June 31 of each year, commencing in June 2015, cause a nationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants or a nationally recognized firm of independent consultants to furnish a report to the Trustee to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures on a statistical sample designed to provide a ninety-five percent (95%) confidence level confirming the calculations of (i) the Disposition Proceeds received by or on behalf of RCFC from the sale or other disposition of all Series 2010-3 Non-Program Vehicles (as defined in the RCFC Series 2010-3 Supplement) (other than Casualties (as defined in the RCFC Series 2010-3 Supplement)) sold or otherwise disposed of during the Related Month (as defined in the RCFC Series 2010-3 Supplement) and (ii) the respective Net Book Values (as defined in the RCFC Series 2010-3 Supplement) of such Series 2010-3 Non-Program Vehicles.

Non-Program Vehicle Report. On December 31, 2002, and on an annual basis thereafter on December 31 of each year, or as otherwise agreed by Standard & Poor's, the Servicer shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Servicer and which is acceptable to Standard & Poor's) to furnish a report with respect to each Group IV Supplement (each, a "NON-PROGRAM VEHICLE REPORT") to the Rating Agencies, with a copy furnished to the Group IV Lessor and the Trustee, to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures as are specified in such Group IV Supplement;

Non-Program Vehicle Report. Semi-annual reports of independent public accountants as follows: On or before the second Determination Date immediately following each March 31 and September 30 of each year, beginning with September 30, 2010, the Master Servicer shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Master Servicer and who is reasonably acceptable to the Controlling Noteholder for each Outstanding Group VI Series of Notes with respect to its Series of Notes (or if there is no Controlling Noteholder for an Outstanding Group VI Series of Notes, the Required Noteholders for such Series)) to furnish a report (the “Non-Program Vehicle Report”) to the Lessor, the Trustee, each applicable Rating Agency (if any) and the Master Collateral Agent to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures with respect to the calculation of Disposition Proceeds obtained from the sale or other disposition of all Non-Program Vehicles (other than Casualties) sold or otherwise disposed of during each Related Month in such period and compared such calculations of Disposition Proceeds with the corresponding amounts set forth in the Daily Reports prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to clause (a) above and that on the basis of such comparison such accountants are of the opinion that such amounts are in agreement, except for such exceptions as they believe to be immaterial and such other exceptions as shall be set forth in such report. The Master Servicer shall serve as agent for the users of the report in determining the sufficiency of such procedure.
Non-Program Vehicle Report. Concurrently with the furnishing thereof to the recipients specified in the Master Lease, the Master Servicer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Controlling Noteholder the “Non-Program Vehicle Report” provided pursuant to Section 24.4(h) of the Master Lease.
