Receivable Schedule. The information set forth in the Receivable Schedule was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the Depositor and/or the Noteholders were utilized in selecting the Receivables from those retail installment sale contracts which met the criteria contained in this Receivables Purchase Agreement. The information set forth in the data tape or other listing regarding the Receivables made available to the Depositor and its assigns was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date.
Receivable Schedule. The representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.3(a) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement are true and correct in all material respects as of the Closing Date, except to the extent otherwise provided therein.
Receivable Schedule. The information regarding the Receivables set forth in the Schedule of Receivables is true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date.

Receivable Schedule. The related Receivable Schedule is an accurate and complete listing in all material respects of (A) on the Initial Closing Date, all the Receivables as of the Cut Off Date and (B) on the day any Additional Receivables are conveyed to the Purchaser, the related Additional Receivables. In either case, the information contained therein with respect to the identity of such Receivables is true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut Off Date or on the day any Additional Receivable is conveyed to the Purchaser, for any related Additional Receivable.
Receivable Schedule. Debtor shall deliver to Secured Party, daily or at such other intervals as may be specified in Item 17 of the Schedule, a schedule in form and content satisfactory to Secured Party describing the Invoices issued by Debtor since the last schedule submitted to Secured Party. The schedules to be provided under this Section 6.1 are solely for the convenience of Secured Party in administering this Agreement and maintaining records of the Collateral. Debtor's failure to provide Secured Party with any such schedule shall not affect the Security Interest.
Receivable Schedule. The Seller has provided the Purchaser with the Receivable Schedule setting forth the information set forth in Exhibit B with respect to each Receivable set forth on Exhibit A.
