Non-Liability of Officials. No member, official, employee or agent of the parties shall be personally liable to any other party or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by a party for any amount which may become due to another party or successor or on any obligation under the terms of this Agreement.

Non-Liability of Officials and Employees of the Redeveloper. No member, officer, shareholder, director, partner or employee of the Redeveloper shall be personally liable to the Authority, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the Redeveloper or for any amount which may become due to the Authority, or their successors, on any obligation under the terms of this Agreement.
Non-Liability of Officials. Employees and Agents of the City. No recourse shall be had for the reimbursement of the Reimbursable Project Costs or for any claim based thereon or upon any representation, obligation, covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement against any past, present or future official, officer, employee or agent of the City, under any rule of law or equity, statute or constitution or by the enforcement of any assessment or penalty or otherwise, and all such liability of any such officials, officers, employees or agents as such is hereby expressly waived and released as a condition of and consideration for the execution of this Agreement.
Non-Liability of Officials. Employees and Agents of the Township. No member, official, employee or agent of the Township shall be personally liable to Redeveloper or any successor to the Redeveloper in an Event of Default or breach by the Township, or for any amount which may become due to Redeveloper or any successor to it, or on any obligation under the terms hereof.

No member, official, employee or agent of the Agency shall be personally liable to the City, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the Agency for any amount which may become due to the City or successor or on any obligation under the terms of this Agreement. No member, official, employee or agent of the City shall be personally liable to Agency, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City for any amount which may become due to the Agency or successor or on any obligation under the terms of this Agreement.
Non-Liability of Officials. Employees and Agents of the Unified Government. Non-Liability of Officials. EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS The liability of PCOE for its obligations under this Agreement is limited solely to PCOE's use of the Parking Lot as the same may from time to time be encumbered. No member, official, employee or agent of the PCOE, shall be personally liable to the PCOE, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the PCOE or for anyamount, which may become due to the County or successor or assign on any obligation underthe terms of this Agreement.
Non-Liability of Officials. No official, employee, agent, contractor or volunteer of Parties shall be charged personally by the other or by an assignee or subcontractor, with any liability or expenses of defense or be held personally liable under any term or provision of this IGA because of their execution or attempted execution or because of any breach hereof.
