Non-Contracting Family Planning Providers’ Reimbursement. Contractor shall reimburse non-contracting family planning providers at no less than the appropriate Medi-Cal FFS rate. Contractor shall reimburse non- contracting family planning providers for services listed in Exhibit A, Attachment 9, Provision 8, Access to Services with Special Arrangements, provided to Members of childbearing age to temporarily or permanently prevent or delay pregnancy.
