NON-CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. 7.01 Both parties recognize that situations may arise which result in peaking manpower demand, or requirements for special skills and expertise not otherwise available. Subject to the provisions of this Article, the Company may continue to utilize from time to time Non-Continuing Professional Personnel as defined in 7.02 and 7.03 below.
