No use of Husqvarna’s trademarks. Nothing in these Rules shall be interpreted as granting the Participant permission to use or display any of Husqvarna’s trademarks (including any logo or brand) or rights in any Husqvarna technologies or other intellectual property. Moreover, nothing shall permit Participant to promote their participation or involvement in the Challenge without Husqvarna’s prior written consent.
