NO STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. 8.01 In view of the orderly procedure established herein for the disposition of the employees' complaints and grievances, the Company agrees that it will not cause or direct any lockout of its employees for the duration of this Agreement, and the Union agrees that there will be no strikes or other collective action which will stop or interfere with production for the duration of this Agreement.
