No Rights of Withdrawal. Until the Collection Date, the Borrower shall have no rights of direction or withdrawal, with respect to amounts held in the Collection Account or the Lockbox Account, except with respect to funds not related to any Pledged Assets, which were incorrectly deposited into any such account.
No Rights of Withdrawal. No Borrower shall have any rights of direction or withdrawal with respect to amounts held in the Lender Lockbox Accounts.

No Rights of Withdrawal. None of the Parent, the Providers, the Primary Servicer or the Purchaser shall have any rights of direction or withdrawal with respect to amounts held in the Lockbox Accounts or the Concentration Account.
No Rights of Withdrawal. None of the Providers or the Borrower shall have any rights of direction or withdrawal with respect to amounts held in any Borrower Account, except that the Borrower and each Provider shall have the right, and each hereby agrees, to cause each Local Bank to initiate a transfer of the balance in each Local Borrower Account to the Primary Borrower Account on any day that the balance in such Local Borrower Account exceeds $20,000, but no less frequently than once each week.
No Rights of Withdrawal. None of the Providers, the Primary Servicer or the Purchaser shall have any rights of direction or withdrawal with respect to amounts held in the Purchaser Account, except on each day that there are any funds in a Local Purchaser Account, the applicable Provider shall cause all such funds to be transferred to the Primary Purchaser Account.
No Rights of Withdrawal. Until the Collection Date, neither the Servicer nor Borrower shall have any rights of withdrawal or control, with respect to amounts held in the Collection Account, the Reserve Account, the Lockbox Account or the Lockbox, except with respect to funds not related to any Pledged Receivables. The Servicer and Borrower agree that REMITCO LLC (or such other vendor mutually acceptable to the Servicer, the Borrower and the Agent) is and shall be the sole party entitled to direct application of amounts held in the Lockbox and Lockbox Account.
No Rights of Withdrawal. No Member shall have the right to withdraw or demand distribution of any portion of his capital contributions or Capital Account, except in those cases where distributions are required pursuant to this Agreement.
