No Reemployment. You acknowledge and agree that the Company has no obligation to employ You or offer You employment in the future and You shall have no recourse against the Company if it refuses to employ You or offer You employment. If You do seek re-employment, then this Release shall constitute sufficient cause for the Company to refuse to re-employ You. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company has the right to offer to re-employ You in the future if, in its sole discretion, it chooses to do so.
No Reemployment. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 10, to the extent any of the foregoing provisions of this Section 10 are void or unenforceable under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed stricken from this Release and not enforceable.
No Reemployment. Executive waives any right to employment with the Company or any parent or subsidiary company of the Company, agrees not to seek employment with the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company at any time in the future, and agrees that any denial of employment by the Company or any parent or subsidiary company of the Company is in keeping with the intent of this Agreement and shall not be a legitimate basis for a cause of action by Executive.
No Reemployment. Employee agrees that by signing this Agreement, he/she relinquishes any right to employment or reemployment with the Company or any of the Releasees. Employee agrees that he/she will not seek, apply for, accept, or otherwise pursue employment with the Company or any of the Releasees, and acknowledges that if he/she reapplies for or seeks employment with the Company or any of the Releasees, the Company’s or any of the Releasees’ refusal to hire Employee based on this Paragraph 14 shall provide a complete defense to any claims arising from Employee’s attempt to obtain employment.
No Reemployment. Executive agrees that by signing this Agreement, Executive relinquishes any right to employment or reemployment with the Company or any of the Releasees. Executive agrees that Executive will not seek, apply for, accept, or otherwise pursue employment with the Company or any of the Releasees, and acknowledges that if Executive reapplies for or seeks employment with the Company or any of the Releasees, the Company’s or any of the Releasees’ refusal to hire Executive based on this Paragraph 12 shall provide a complete defense to any claims arising from Executive’s attempt to obtain employment. No Reemployment. The Executive agrees not to seek reinstatement, reemployment, or future employment as a new employee with the Company Group, and the Company Group has no obligation, contractual or otherwise, to employ or reemploy, hire or rehire, or recall or reinstate the Executive in the future.
