No Greater Rights. Except to the extent expressly set forth in this Lease, nothing in this Lease shall grant to the Carrier any greater rights or privileges than Tenant is granted pursuant to the terms of this Lease or diminish Tenant’s obligations or Landlord’s rights hereunder.
No Greater Rights. The execution and delivery of a Permitted Mortgage shall not give or be deemed to give a Permitted Mortgagee any greater rights against District than those granted to Tenant hereunder.
No Greater Rights. In no event shall the Merger Agreement or the other provisions of this Agreement be construed as granting or conferring upon the Lessee or the Surviving Entity any greater rights than those contained in the Lease nor shall there be any diminution of the rights and privileges of the Lessor under the Lease, nor shall the Lease be deemed modified in any respect.
No Greater Rights. If Transferor is selling or transferring to Permitted Transferee less than all of the Searchlight Parties’ Registrable Securities, Permitted Transferee acknowledges and agrees that the Searchlight Parties and all Permitted Transferees shall have no greater rights collectively than the Searchlight Parties had individually pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
No Greater Rights. Any obligation of Sublessor which is contained in this Sublease by the incorporation by reference of the provisions of the Prime Lease may be observed or performed by Sublessor using reasonable efforts to cause the Landlord under the Prime Lease to observe and/or perform the same, and Sublessor shall have a reasonable time to enforce its rights to cause such observance or performance. Subtenant shall not in any event have any rights in respect of the Office Space greater than Sublessor's rights under the Prime Lease. (c) Subtenant Not to Breach. Subtenant shall not do or permit to be done any act or thing which may constitute a breach or violation of any term, covenant or condition of the Prime Lease by the tenant thereunder, whether or not such act or thing is permitted under the provisions of this Sublease. (d) No Privity of Estate or Contract. Nothing contained in this Sublease shall be construed to create privity of estate or of contract between Subtenant and the Landlord under the Prime Lease.
No Greater Rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Purchaser:
No Greater Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to provide greater rights, participation, coverage, or benefits under such benefit plans and programs than provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of such plans and programs. Unless specifically provided for in a written plan document properly adopted pursuant to such plan, none of the benefits or arrangements described in this Agreement shall be secured or funded in any way, and each shall instead constitute an unfunded and unsecured promise to pay money in the future exclusively from the general assets of Executive's System Company employer. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, Executive acknowledges that benefits provided under this Agreement are in lieu of participation in, and any payment that might otherwise have been payable under, any Entergy System severance or retention plan or program and, with respect to the period following the Assignment Commencement Date, those plans and programs set forth in Section IIA3 for which Executive is identified as ineligible, and Executive hereby waives any right to participate in any such plans or programs.
No Greater Rights. All sublicenses shall execute and be subject to a Sublicense Agreement with no terms less protective of Conpleks Robotech than this agreement.
No Greater Rights. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, in no event shall the Assignment Agreement, the Merger Agreement or the other provisions of this Agreement be construed as granting or conferring upon Surviving Party any greater rights than those contained in the Lease nor shall there be any diminution of the rights and privileges of the Landlord under the Lease, nor shall the Lease be deemed modified in any respect. {2095-0138/00078537;5}

If Purchaser is selling or transferring to Permitted Transferee less than all of Purchaser’s Registrable Securities, Permitted Transferee acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser and Permitted Transferee shall have no greater rights collectively than Purchaser had individually pursuant to this Agreement prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
